3. Accessing the Platform

You agree that:

• You are at least 16 years old or have consent from a guardian
• You will provide accurate, complete, and updated information
• You will not misuse or manipulate the Platform
• You will not impersonate another individual

FinternHub reserves the right to deny access for violations of these Terms.

4. Services Provided

FinternHub provides the following services:

• Internship listings posted by verified companies
• Student profile creation and application system
• Communication tools between interns and companies
• Learning material and career guidance (where applicable)

These services may be updated or modified at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must maintain the confidentiality of Your login credentials
• You must use the Platform only for legitimate purposes
• You must not post false, misleading, or harmful content
• You agree that companies make the final decision regarding internship selection
• You agree not to upload harmful scripts, malware, or disruptive content

6. Payments & Charges (If Applicable)

Most FinternHub services are free for students. Any paid features (optional) will be clearly displayed before usage. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned under Refund Policy.

7. Company Responsibilities

Companies posting internships on FinternHub agree that:

• All internship opportunities are real and legitimate
• No misleading or harmful work is assigned to interns
• Stipend (if applicable) will be communicated honestly
• Interns will be treated professionally and safely

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, code, and design remain the exclusive property of FinternHub. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform materials without written permission.

9. Use of Personal Information

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the **FinternHub Privacy Policy**, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Internship selection is solely at the discretion of companies
• FinternHub does not guarantee internship placement
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, misconduct, or disputes
• Our liability is limited to Rs. 1,000/-

11. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between You and FinternHub must be protected and not disclosed without permission, except where required by law.

12. Termination

• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time
• FinternHub may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations

13. Events Outside Our Control

FinternHub is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, server outages, or regulatory constraints.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
